ELIS facilitates the growth of vibrant learning communities among English Language teachers through Professional Learning Communities at the school, cluster and zonal levels, and through the Singapore Writing Institute, the Literature Subject Chapter and the Classroom Inquiry Special Interest Group. In supporting the professional learning and growth of teachers through these communities, ELIS encourages teachers to connect with one another and collaboratively build knowledge and expertise.
