Ms Ynez Lim

Prior to joining ELIS, Ynez taught English Language and Literature in English at the secondary level where she was the Subject Coordinator for Literature.

Ynez advocates for cultivating empathy in students through authentic learning experiences connected to social issues. She is highly passionate about fostering students’ motivation and creativity in writing through multimodal approaches. She looks forward to engaging in discourse with fellow educators on leveraging social media tools in the teaching and learning of English and Literature.

When Ynez is off duty, she takes pleasure in ballet, reading at cafes and watching plays.
